The Dyal WTP consists of three clarifier tanks which perform lime softening as part of the water treatment process. Two of the three clarifier tanks are cast-in-place concrete and require rehabilitation.

Rehabilitate the seawall that was installed in approximately the 1950's for the protection of Lift Station #1. The existing seawall has deteriorated and requires rehabilitation.

The project proposes to install new variable frequency drives on the Taylor Creek Reservoir intake pumps to improve operational flexibility and reduce energy consumption. The project will include replacement of additional mechanical equipment at the pump station including the intake pump check valves, air compressor system and vacuum pumps. The project will include modifications to the electrical systems, instrumentation and control systems, and air conditioning systems as necessary to accommodate the new equipment.
